Reports include plain-language work summaries, hours rules, employer restrictions, and max-hours where VEVO text supports it — so rostering teams can act quickly.
Email-based intake
Authorised senders submit lists to our monitored mailbox. Visa jobs can be routed by subject keywords (visa, vevo, visa check). Reports return to your nominated contacts.
Scheduled & on-demand runs
Agree a cadence (daily, weekly, ad hoc) and inactivity reminders so your lists stay current without you chasing portals.
Usage tracking

Confidential handling
